Since 2007 Forestdale has served as the organizing agency for the Jamaica Community Partnership Initiative (JCPI). With Forestdale’s guidance, this collaboration of more than 100 Queens organizations tackles challenges related to foster care, from improving medical and dental services for children to procuring legal assistance for birth parents. We seek to break the intergenerational cycle of foster care and help fragile families build a solid future.

Through Jamaica CPI, we are proud to work closely with prominent urban institutions, including the Allen AME Cathedral, the Lions Club, the Islamic Circle of North America, the Day Care Coalition of New York, and dozens of other churches, mosques and grassroots organizations.
